Watch A NOTICE TO ALL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES OF THE USA Video A NOTICE TO ALL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES OF THE USA
Nov 11, 2011
Made for my friend Freightmaster ... NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES It has come to our attention that many if not most of our employee ranks have abandoned the simple mission you have been hired for. We have determined a warning be issued, and though some of you have not been in our employ for very long, this notice may apply to you as well. A shocking trend of refusal to read and understand the Employee Handbook and discharge your employee duties by that documents dictates has become a widespread and unacceptable practice. There is evidence of increasing instances of misuse of Company funds entrusted to you. This will no longer be tolerated. Blatant disregard of previous warnings and subsequent dereliction of employee responsibilities to your Employers has passed intolerable levels. This Employer has been most generous in past decades to the employee ranks, allowing the employees to determine their own job benefits, benefits that surpass those of any company worldwide. We find that liberties taken by the employees with privileges and benefits determined by the employee body itself, more than often without the knowledge or consent of the Employer, has surpassed any reasonable point. The main reason for this warning is to inform the employees that your inability or unwillingness to fulfill the job description for which you were hired will have dire consequences during the upcoming evaluation cycles, scheduled for the years 2010 and 2012. The employees have apparently abandoned their ...

Watch Obama - American Jobs Act Speech Video Obama - American Jobs Act Speech
Nov 23, 2011
US President Barack Obama has urged lawmakers to back his ambitious proposals aimed at creating more jobs and cutting taxes. In a rare address to a joint session of Congress, he said he wanted to get the unemployed back to work, put money in employees' pockets and rebuild infrastructure. He urged lawmakers to pass the plan, worth almost $450bn (£282bn), promptly. Some Republican opponents have said the bill is Mr Obama's re-election plan. US unemployment, currently jammed at 9.1%, is expected to dominate the 2012 presidential election campaign. "I am sending this Congress a plan that you should pass right away. It's called the American Jobs Act," President Obama said in his speech late on Thursday. "There should be nothing controversial about this piece of legislation. Everything in here is the kind of proposal that's been supported by both Democrats and Republicans - including many who sit here tonight. And everything in this bill will be paid for. Everything. "The purpose of the American Jobs Act is simple: to put more people back to work and more money in the pockets of those who are working. It will create more jobs for construction workers, more jobs for teachers, more jobs for veterans, and more jobs for the long-term unemployed. "It will provide a tax break for companies who hire new workers, and it will cut payroll taxes in half for every working American and every small business." The president also said the proposals would help to further develop "a world-class ...

The US federal government's Telework Managing Officers (TMOs) have a unique opportunity to use workforce mobility—including telework and a broader range of tools and systems to enable productivity anywhere, anytime, and on any device—as a catalyst to create a more flexible, productive, and inspiring federal workplace. Achieving this vision requires a sober assessment of the current situation, an ambitious, goal-driven strategy linked to agency business objectives, and a new management posture aimed at transforming mind-sets and behaviors rather than resolving technological challenges. www.cisco.com

Watch 3 Reasons Public Sector Employees are Killing the Economy Video 3 Reasons Public Sector Employees are Killing the Economy
Jan 27, 2012
As unemployment stubbornly sticks near 10 percent and any sort of economic recovery seems a long way off, think about this: The one part of the economy that's going gangbusters is government work. Indeed, since the Great Recession started in December 2007, over 8 million jobs have been lost in the private sector while the public sector has added at least 100000 positions. It's time to recognize that public-sector employment is killing the economy for at least three reasons: 1. They cost too much. As USA Today recently noted, federal employees make on average almost $8000 more than their private-sector counterparts. When you add in benefits, the gap spreads to about $30000. State and local government workers make around the same as private-sector counterparts, but their health and retirement packages mean they make significantly more in the end. 2. We can't fire them. The private sector has shed positions in response to slackening demand and the economic downturn. That sort of adjustment is painful but necessary, as it allows the economy to adjust to changing circumstances and workers and employers to move into new activities. Because it is guaranteed certain amounts of tax revenue and has a non-market mind-set, the public sector is largely insulated from such forces and keeps or even adds workers despite changed conditions. The result? We keep paying for things that we don't use, need, or want. 3. They create a permanent lobby for expanded government and higher taxes ...

There has been much chatter on mainstream media that there are plenty of "other" jobs out there that people don't know about. However, data does not support the praises economists are singing about the "New Economy." Paul Craig Roberts says the "New Economy" is supposed to consist of financial services, innovation, and high-tech services but unfortunately these jobs have not come to fruition and the US government has betrayed its people.

Watch To Create Jobs, Government Should Get Out of the Way! Video To Create Jobs, Government Should Get Out of the Way!
Jan 22, 2012
10/25/2010 - www.RonPaul.com As the current economic downturn shows no signs of lifting, we hear quite a lot of rhetoric from current and potential office-holders about what government can and will do to create more jobs. This is especially disconcerting to those who understand that the best thing government can do for job creation is to simply get out of the way. Jobs are properly created by businesses. Government-created jobs are either fueled by fiat money and manipulated market conditions or directly funded by taxes paid by businesses and individuals who then have less to hire people for real wealth creation. Government-created jobs destroy wealth and sap potential from the economy. The several stimulus bills passed by Congress have done much to expand government but not much to keep money in the hands of real job creators -- the entrepreneurs. Keynesian economists don't see things this way. They see government spending as a stop gap measure that tides us over through rough economic patches. But is this really the case? Far from it. The reality is instead of sustaining us until the economy can catch up, government spending perpetuates the problems the bureaucrats and the politicians created. Maintaining a high level of employment is one of the main objectives of the Federal Reserve, which is just one reason it is ill-conceived at its very core it legitimizes economic intervention which is always destructive. When unemployment rises after the bust of a Fed-created ...
